Wonderful business here. I was drawn to competitive pricing, but I found great staff who were excellent communicators and very responsive, kind, and thoughtful - old fashioned great service from an online business with competitive pricing? We purchased a coffee machine last year and have been so so happy with it. Barista standard coffee at home! Amazing guidance on the purchase, set up, training (barista tips and demo and maintenance and cleaning) and post purchase support has been amazing too. The coffee is also the best we have tried. Could not recommend Expresso Elements highly enough.
